From 25th to 27th June 2026, the 55th Malaysian Orthopaedic Association Annual Scientific Meeting (MOA ASM 2026) unfolded at the Setia SPICE Convention Centre in Penang. Global Rep was honoured to be part of this inspiring gathering of orthopaedic professionals, researchers, medical device manufacturers and industry innovators.
Centred on the theme “AI in Orthopaedics: Precision, Prediction, and Patient-Centered Care,” the meeting explored how technological innovation and clinical expertise can work together to advance orthopaedic practice and improve patient outcomes. The programme featured scientific sessions, professional exchanges and discussions on emerging developments in orthopaedic care.
The atmosphere was charged with energy as the meeting showcased innovative ideas, fostered collaborative exchanges, and highlighted transformative advancements in science, technology, and clinical practice. With impactful sessions and dynamic discussions, MOA ASM 2026 reaffirmed its role in shaping the future of orthopaedics and driving excellence in patient care.
For Global Rep, the event was more than just participation — it was an opportunity to connect. Engaging with key local establishments, overseas orthopaedic device manufacturers, and orthopaedic surgeons enriched our understanding of the orthopaedic industry and its evolving needs. These conversations also opened doors to explore how Global Rep can add value through independent authorized representation of foreign medical device manufacturers, medical device registrations, registration maintenance, and post‑market surveillance management in this region, while further strengthening partnerships with our valued clients.
